| I had a feeling...I thought the idea of a referendum might be considered unconstitutional therefore it could be brought to the courts to render a judgment. Such won't change the vote or approval but it can remove the idea of a referendum as it is the charge of the government to make such decisions therefore the court can eliminate the referendum idea on a Constitutional basis. I get the feeling somebody knew this would be the case when they agreed to let the Sunnis add the referendum verbage....crazy like a fox i think.... |
