Dabbagh announced the decisions of the Council of Ministers


1. Approval of the proposed bill of the National Informatics.

2. Approval by the Republic of Iraq to establish diplomatic relations with the State of El Salvador.

3. Approval to contract with an American company for the drilling and completion (20) wells in the field of Albozorkan in the province of Maysan, the total amount of $ (224.4) million and the implementation period of standing (24) months.

4. Approval of a draft law for the abolition of Article (43) of the Code of Federal budget in 2009 and re-examine the issue when preparing the federal budget for 2010.
