| And a complete withdrawal from Iraq 03/07/2009 Friday, 11 - -1430 e Rajab Vice President Joseph Biden told reporters accompanying him on his surprise visit to Iraq that Washington was committed to pull out of Iraq and the achievement of political consensus among Iraqi factions. Biden said: "The President wants Obama in the White House to focus on the application of the management plan to reduce the number of troops in Iraq, which began the first stage. The second phase of this plan will include political settlements between the Iraqi factions.
