BAGHDAD
(Iba) / IMF / loans / .. economic expert called the Iraqi government to

Sounds like folks are expecting a significant drop in the value of the dollar not just a modulating exchange rate....They seems to be saying decouple and forget a manged float...we expect Iraq to do just that..........
